It looks like the rain has stopped bringing out a great little sunshine that inspired us to come up with some very cool specials: -Shrimp salad on Focaccia -Arctic Char (a cross between Salmon a a trout) served with our Basilico sauce. -Chicken breast with Portobello and Brie -Penne with goat Cheese, sun dried tomato and Kalamata olives -Linguine with Arugula, tomato and Garlic in a white wine sauce -BLT salad Creamy tomato Cream of Mushroom.
